If you are tired of the way that PGP Mail's "Encrypt new messages by default" feature continually leads to pop-up dialogs for missing keys, then Discretion is the remedy.
Discretion integrates into Microsoft Outlook in the same way as PGP Mail. It provides the following features to automate the selection of encryption and signing for outgoing mail:
Discretion uses PGP's publicly available programming interface to search for message recipients in your default PGP keyring. When Discretion selects encryption or signing, the appropriate PGP toolbar button is pressed down, just as if you had made the same selection manually.
Note that Discretion's operation is strictly one-way: it will never deselect encryption or signing for any message.
