Discretion 1.0.1 Release Notes

The following changes have been made since version 1.0:

- Readable error messages are provided for PGP error codes -11996 and -11995.
  The message "PGP's default keyring could not be found" is displayed in both
  cases.

- If an error occurs during startup, Discretion will reattempt to initialize
  every time a mail message is opened, until it succeeds. However, at most one
  error message will be displayed.
